All teachers and associates employed at the Faculty of Political Sciences of the University of Banja Luka are divided into three categories:
1. Teachers and associates who are permanently employed at the Faculty of Political Sciences
2. Teachers and associates who are employed at other faculties of the University of Banja Luka
3. Visiting teachers who are engaged on a contract basis
